5 locums in clinic third week is tele medicinelab on site and infusion suiteCurrent EHR in use : CernerProcedures / Skills Required : Hematology outpatient Oncology outpatient Hematology inpatient Oncology inpatient Participation on a tumor board Please note : Must be COVID vaccinated.
Provide rates at time of name clear DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear Car Fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxesrental must be refueled before being returnedMcLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingMalpractice rates MUST be included in the rateOrientation rate is 1 / 2 the hourly rateSite uses reverse billing - provider must clock in / out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approvedExpenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA.
Rates to must be 1 / 2 the hourly rate24 hour call must include 12 hours onsite plus 12 hours on callCall back Holiday rates
Schedule Varied, 8.00 am -4.30 pm clinic hours call coverage 4.30 pm - 8 am
