Summary :
Under the supervision of an RN or LPN, performs basic patient / resident care activities.
Responsibilities :
Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming and eating.Assists with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
Performs basic patient / resident care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN or LPN, including monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, performing basic phlebotomy, and recording intake and output.
Reports abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
