JR Law Group is looking for an Intake Specialist. We need someone with ambition, initiative, outgoing personality, and willing to exude our core values.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Proven organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

- Required hours are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in MS Office software applications : Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients, promote and schedule consultations
- Facilitate consultations and associated administrative tasks
- Manage office supply inventory
