Responsibilities
- Sales and Solicitation of full product line including : Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life
- General customer service of existing policy holders
- Answering inbound calls and processing policy changes
- Prospecting for additional products and services
- Processing installments and assisting clients with invoice questions to establish trust with customers
Requirement
- Property & Casualty license is preferred, employee must be able to obtain license within 30 days of hire date
- At least 1 year sales or client-facing experience is required
- Must have experience with Microsoft OS, must be tech savvy
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills : written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
- Property & Casualty insurance license education is provided
