Here at Lakeside Foods, our maintenance technician team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility.

Maintenance mechanics / technicians are respected versatile team members, performing mechanical and / or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes.

If you are a creative problem-solver who perseveres through challenging equipment repairs, or is willing to learn, we want to talk with you.

What You’ll Get :

• Competitive wages based on experience
• Preventative Maintenance Season (November May) : Four 10’s Monday Thursday
• Production Season (July November) 12 hours shift 4 days on 2 days off rotating schedule (2nd Shift)
• Non-Production Season (December June) Mon-Thursday / 4, 10 hour days

What You’ll Do :

• Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyers
• Work with fabrication, installation of equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Assist with maintaining product flow through the plant as needed

What You’ll Bring :

• Mechanical aptitude
• Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred
