Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

KLA seeks a difference maker to support KLA's management of the ever-increasing complexity of supply chain, compliance and due diligence.

Situated within KLA's Global Operations team will serve as a program manager in KLA's Global Strategic Supply Chain organization responsible for leading supply-chain risk & compliance initiatives as a result of emerging or current legislation, legal and regulatory requirements, KLA's ESG or other commitments, and continued geopolitical uncertainty.

The role requires not only critical thinking but also the ability to implement sophisticated projects in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.

This is a high-visibility role that requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Accepting executive-level clarity on a regular basis is critical.

You will be working with customers across various functions within KLA, such as product , customer , supply chain, legal / compliance, and engineering to define the problem, identify the right internal customers, and develop and drive strategy that enables the efficient solution for KLA and its customers, employees, and shareholders

Specific responsibilities and desired skills :

For various projects and initiatives with differing and varied risk requirements, define the scope, timeline, team members, structure, deliverables, and resource needs, and budget.

Work with key internal and external partners to define the project problem statement and accurately articulate both the project problem statement and the project needs to colleagues and leadership across the company.

Help develop and drive strategies to achieve solutions that are attuned to the global business and regulatory landscape.

Ability and willingness to hold team members at various levels accountable.

Provide program direction & leadership while crafting a strategic plan

Reassess, lead, and improve the overall supply-chain compliance and due-diligence processes.

Collaborate with team members in various functions, such as KLA's supply-chain management, legal and compliance, ESG, and engineering teams

Navigate ambiguity and motivate change in sophisticated, uncertain, and multifaceted situations

Provide insights based on market trends and third-party intelligence platforms that will or could impact the direct supply chain in the areas of supply-chain compliance and due diligence, ESG, and geopolitical risk

Handle and lead executive-level steering committee (LEGO) that is crafted to support KLA's supply-chain activities in the areas of supply-chain compliance and due diligence, legislative, ESG, and geopolitical risk

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering or related major, Master's degree is a plus

Experience with implementing supply-chain standards, such as through the Responsible Business Alliance, is preferred

Experience in global strategic sourcing, supply chain responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance initiatives, product end of life (EOL) or related field preferred

Excellent business insight with demonstrated courage and ability to influence business leaders

PMP preferred

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree;

or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Supply-chain compliance or product-compliance experience required

Excellent business insight with demonstrated courage and ability to influence business leaders

Experience with business analytics, change management, and communicating difficult concepts to senior leadership

Ability to travel, as required, up to 20% of time
