Drive to optimize data that is collected relative to changes and deployments. Use the data to identify issues, risks & opportunities.

Create actions based on the data.

Contribute to improving change, release & deployment related metrics and reports. Use data to identify areas of concern and drive focus.

Define and refine Change Management processes & policies, including setting requirements for what must be in place before changes & releases are deployed to production.

Respond to any Auditor requests related to Change Management and ensure any audit issues (or potential issues) are mitigated.

Coordinate with the Configuration Management team to help ensure that the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) is updated as changes are deployed to Production.
