Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc, is currently looking for a Temp School Occupational Therapist to work in a school setting in Federal Way, WA.
Candidates must have at least 1-year of experience. We offer competitive rates and know you will be delighted with our service!
Pay Rate
up to $48 / hr
Contract Length : (12 / 16-3 / 14)
Job Description :
- Conduct initial patient assessments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to determine functional limitations and goals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that focus on improving patients' functional abilities.
- Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' motor skills, mobility, strength, and independence
- Regularly evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements :
- 2-3 References
- Successful completion of an OT program / OT cert
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing student-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team.
