Administer medications, intravenous therapy, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and safety procedures.
Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and tracheostomy care with precision and attention to infection control practices.
Collaboration and Communication :
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and caregivers, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care instructions.
Document all nursing interventions, assessments, and patient responses accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) or other designated systems.
