As a Civil Engineering Project Manager (Public Sector) for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will be part of a growing team managing the design of water and wastewater collection, pumping and treatment facilities, and transportation-related projects.
You will have the opportunity to lead projects in the Oklahoma City area and collaborate with colleagues at multiple office locations to provide project services to clients in the public sector including local municipalities, state, and federal agencies.
You will manage the design, quality control, client service, budgeting, and mentor a staff of designers, engineers, and scientists.
Interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials, you will impact the whole project from conceptual / planning and design phases through the regulatory review process, bidding, construction, all the way through project completion and delivery of a functional operation.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10+ years' experience;
- BS in Civil Engineering;
- Experience in water and wastewater distribution, transportation roadway design, and public drainage infrastructure design preferred;
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.) required;
- Ability to develop and mentor staff;
- Ability to provide a technical review of deliverables;
- Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution;
- Ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business.
