As a Remote Client Services Coordinator, you will work directly with your clients, and various vendors and suppliers for the purpose of creating custom vacation packages.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, plan and execute travel itineraries including but not limited to : airline, car rental, cruises, resorts & hotels, amusement parks, concert & sporting event tickets, and other tours & activities.
- Process payments on behalf of your clients to secure reservations.
- Maintain relationships with industry specific vendors and suppliers.
- Attend ongoing trainings to maintain and increase knowledge within the industry.
- Provide superior customer service to clients.
- Provide details to clients regarding any required travel documents such as passports or visas.
Skills and Requirements
- Complete required Certification program in a timely manner.
- Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers.
- Laptop, Computer, or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Previous experience in hospitality and / or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Must be 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the US.
