Step Saver Companies is seeking a strong and driven Director of Sales and Marketing .
At Step Saver Companies, we are Commercial Water Treatment Professionals . We have a unique niche market in the water treatment industry.
We also offer a variety of salt products and pumping systems. We are seeking to expand our market visibility in the Northern Utah, Las Vegas and S. California regions.
Support is provided by a team of experienced drivers and service technicians, a hands-on management group, and a comprehensive sales and marketing program to support your efforts.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
- Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective
- Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
- Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
- Work with Media Company creating design, and placement traditional media ads on social media ads and email blasts
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS / BA degree in Marketing and / or Sales are beneficial
- Experience in water treatment industry a plus
Benefits include :
- Base Salary of $70,000 plus monthly commissions. Current potential reflects an additional $50,000 +
