About You :
You're a seasoned pro with at least 3 years of management experience n NYC, Hoboken or Jersey City's diverse restaurant scene from bustling fast-casual spots to American Restaurants.
Whether you’ve commanded the floor in Manhattan, Hoboken, Union, Bayonne or even Staten Island, we want you!
Focus : On the floor, you’re all about enhancing guest experiences, optimizing flow, and supporting your team like the true leader you are.
You’re ready to dive into any task you assign to your team because leading by example is your mantra.
Personality : You’re a spirited 'roll-up-your-sleeves' type who loves a good laugh and thrives in a laid-back yet upscale setting.
Swap out your suit for jeans and get ready to create a fun atmosphere where both staff and guests feel at home.
Skills :
- Expert in de-escalating any situation with grace keeping cool when things heat up
- Proficient in hiring, training, scheduling, and ordering with Toast
- A connoisseur of spirits, you knw how to tend bar or serve when needed
- Skilled with running a smooth Floor and Kitchen
- You're a leader both for the FOH but also for the BOH
