As a Retail Sales Associate transform storeguests into loyal customers. When guests enter the store youre theperson who guides them.

What Youll Do

• Thrives inan environment that rewards for delivering worldclass service anddelighting our guests.
• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer andguest. Maintain a welcoming professional visible presence at thefront desk;

engage with guests ensuring they are always treated ina cordial respectful manner representing the Companys brand image.

• Accurately andefficiently process sales orders adhering to cash handlingprotocols. Aid customers with credit applications and financingmatters as required while maintaining thorough documentation ofsales transactions
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
• Aid in store opening andclosing activities including cash reconciliation and completion ofdaily checklists
• Supportinventory management and loss prevention procedures includingparticipation in biannual inventory checks
• Meet and exceed salesgoals align to KPIs and performance standards
• Complete any additionaltasks as assigned by management

What YouBring

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift tug andpull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma orequivalent preferred
• 1year customer service and / or sales experience preferred
• Gets charged up byinteracting with others by being outgoing friendly and easy to talkto
• Conveys informationin a way that inspires action
• Gets excited bydeveloping and sharing fresh ideas
• Ability to work flexiblehours including weekends and holidays
• Communicates informationin a motivating manner that prompts action
• Flourishes in anenvironment that values exceptional service and customersatisfaction
• Maintainreliable attendance
