Position Overview
Julie Abarzua - State Farm Agent is seeking to add a licensed, experienced team member to our office. This position will be focused on training new hires on all aspects of State Farm products and services.

Responsibilities
- Provide training for new team members on customer service knowledge and skills required to meet customer needs.
- Identify training gaps and develop action plans to ensure team members remain fully trained.
- With agent, develop training curriculum on new systems and products.

Requirements
- Experience as a licensed State Farm agent team member
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Ability to perform at high level
- Self motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- P&C and L&H licensed
