ADP is hiring a Partner Enablement Program Leader.
In this role as the Corporate Development Sr. Director of the ADP Workforce Now Partner Enablement team, you will manage the sales and marketing side of the enablement team and be responsible for the onboarding and success of our new and existing VAR channel partners in the US and Canada.
These partners must become competent in marketing and selling our solutions, and driving rapid, consistent, and scalable growth across the partner ecosystem.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to build, extend, and execute our partner enablement strategy based on an experienced understanding of our cloud and channel models.
Success in this position requires a solid understanding of the major partner types and their business models, go-to-market strategies, channel sales models, and the ability to identify skills gaps and roadblocks to successful partner growth.
Our ideal candidate has experience managing global programs, sales and marketing enablement programs and partner operations with a focus on time to revenue.
You exhibit strong technology rigor, sales acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to build an enablement / delivery playbook that will scale with the channel scale and growth.
