Service Coordinator-Dispatcher

Qualifications

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities w / 1-4 years in HVAC or facilities, mechanical service related business.
• Strong verbal and written communications
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
• Strong desire to be better at your job tomorrow than you are today
• Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team

Responsibilities

• You will provide support to service operations, helping to ensure that all commitments to the customer are met in a timely, high quality, and cost-effective manner.
• In this role, you will be communicating with internally with managers and technicians to maintain and grow client base.
• Work closely with the manager, you will help the team complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals
• Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner
• Support Customer Service Dispatching, scheduling
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
• Assist in administrative, accounting, and support of sales / service

Benefits

• Compensation : $20.00 - $27.00 / hour
