We're seeking a Warehouse Operator to work at a local company in Lakeland, FL 33803. If this sounds like the right fit for you, read on and apply!

Rotating Shift Schedule 7 days on 7 days off 12-hour shifts. Schedule will begin 8am-5pm for training, then transition to 12 hours a day.

The transition could be 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am as needed.

• Pay Rate : $17-$18 / hr. or more based on experience.
• Temp to hire

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Forklift Operation / Loading and Unloading 18-wheeler trucks with 30 lb. 50-gal steel drums manually by hand. Moving and palatizing Drums in warehouse / Will learn process of filling Citrus distilled Oil into Drums and Totes for distribution.
• Filling or emptying tanker trucks with safety loading ladder.
• Any down time talents will be managed onsite to assist engineers and or additional team members with alternate work, preventive maintenance, clean up, cleaning etc.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Forklift / warehouse / Shipping & receiving
• Steel toes boots

Preferred Qualifications

Backgrounds with Blending / Still Operation / or distillation is a plus. Pay differential for candidates with these experience.
