Temporary Data Entry Clerk - Onsite
Are you someone who pays attention to detail, possesses exceptional typing skills, and is dedicated to delivering efficient services?
We are hiring temporary data entry clerks who will work in a fast-paced environment processing medical claims.
This position requires you to work at the West Sacramento facility, Monday through Friday, from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. The pay rate is $19.
00 per hour, and the duration of this assignment is expected to be at least two months.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Data capture and correction, ensuring accuracy in all keying programs.
- Achieving a minimum 10-key test speed of 9,000 kph (30 wpm) with limited errors.
- Meeting established production and quality standards.
- Maintaining impeccable attendance.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' business and industry dynamics, applying this knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement.
- Identify issues, review procedures, and recommend and implement modifications as necessary to enhance the efficiency of transaction processing.
- Handle company confidential data in strict adherence to policy and guidelines.
- Work in the Rancho Cordova area office.
- Be prepared for occasional overtime, as required.
- Be available to work Holidays and Saturdays.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Experience working with business solutions software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet).
