Soliant Education is dedicated to providing exceptional educational support to students with diverse needs. We are currently seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher for a full-time pre-school position in the Goodlettsville, TN area.
Position Overview :
As a Special Education Teacher, you will create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for young children with special needs.
You will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support each childs growth and development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support.
- Assess student progress and adapt instruction as necessary.
- Foster a positive and safe classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to IEPs and student progress.
Qualifications :
- Valid Special Education teaching license in Tennessee.
- Experience working with pre-school aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
