Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure the smooth running of the office and day-to-day operation. Lead and oversee the Brooklyn office including Administrative, Reception and Clinical team members.
Leadership responsibilities include : supervision, management, compliance, training, interviewing and conducting assessments of potential team candidates.
Maintain office policies and health and safety procedures. Conduct annual performance reviews. Effective verbal and written communication with patients and office staff.
Support general office systems, inventory databases, and business operations. Other duties as assigned.
