Proposal Coordinator/ Technical Editor
RealREPP is a nationally recognized, full-service recruiting firm teaming with a dynamic and growing Environmental Engineering company in South Orange County to assist them in hiring for a Proposal Coordinator / Technical Editor.

This position will be joining a team of 4 and will have mentorship and training from the best in the business with tons of upward mobility!
The proposals aspect of the position involves drafting, coordinating, tracking, and submitting proposals to clients while the technical editing aspects involve editing and formatting project technical reports for quality control.
Compensation
- Target Salary Range : $75,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
- Health Insurance low monthly cost - Vision & Dental
- 401k with 4% match and 17 PTO’s

Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor’s degree with an average GPA of 3.3 or higher
- 2-4 years’ experience with Proposals, Bids, Technical Writing or Project Coordination
- Must be systems savvy and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
