Executive Assistant to CEO (Long-term Temporary Opportunity; Mostly Remote)
As the temporary Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for scheduling, calendar management, invoicing, booking busy domestic and international travel booking and Board management.
This organization with education ties needs an Executive Assistant that is trusted, accountable, reachable, requires little direction and is an impeccable Executive Assistant.

About the Job :
- Manage all calendar management, scheduling confirmations, changes and details, and communication with many moving parts.
- Schedule complex travel for domestic and international needs, including ground transportation, hotel accommodations and detailed itineraries.
- Document financial data and follow the submission process for invoices with great detail.
- Compose, edit and finalize meeting documents, memos, communication, presentations and executive-delivered external materials.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts with knowledge surrounding deliverables, being an extension of the CEO, and delivering on action items.
- Organize meeting materials, catering, room booking, communication, follow-up items, etc. with a multitude of attention to detail and discretion when necessary.
- Conduct Board support and assistance by arranging agendas and preparing materials. Take organized meeting notes on behalf of the leadership team.

About You :
C-suite experience. You possess three-to-five years of direct C-level administrative support, preferably with intensive travel booking.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Agile and proactive. You’re an active participant, quick learner and retain information and instructions effortlessly.
- Microsoft expert. You are skilled in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; you maintain an organized electronic desk.
- High performer. You are accustomed to juggling many tasks at once, meeting deadlines and staying focused in a busy environment.
