Aspire365 is a 12-month in-home and telehealth treatment program dedicated to addressing patients with both substance use disorders and primary mental conditions.

Aspire365 is actively seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families.

This is a contracted part-time position, with the potential for expanded hours, focusing on delivering services through telemedicine visits.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Psychiatric assessments
• Medication management
• Ordering and interpreting lab work
• Documenting patient progress in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Communicating and coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Attendance in treatment team meetings as needed
• Demonstrating core values of Aspire365
• Periodic meetings with assistant medical director
• Administrative and nursing staff who can assist with scheduling, obtaining any needed lab work, vital signs, outside documentation, and setting up referral appointments
• Ancillary team of highly experienced and licensed therapists that can utilize a variety of different evidence-based practices including DBT, CBT, EMDR, IFS, and more
• Highly flexible scheduling
• Defining your own caseload
• Access to urgent psychiatric supervision / assistance
• Will assist in paying for any needed out-of-state licensing after 3 months of employment

Qualifications

• Board certification
• Extensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations
• Available to contribute a minimum of 1-2 hours per month, per client
• Maintains applicable licensures and certifications
• Excellent time management and strong attention to detail

Maintain current, active professional liability insurance.

Remote meeting / video conferencing proficiency, including access to a secure personal computer with a webcam and high-speed internet connection.

Experience : At least 2 years of experience providing psychiatric services.
