Opportunity Summary :

Castaway is looking for exceptional line cooks to join our culinary team. This is your chance to work with one of the country's top chefs and be part of a team that delivers amazing food, cocktails, and an incredible view of the valley.

Castaway Burbank is the top eatery in Los Angeles and is committed to providing guests with a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Pay : $20 - $25 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Work alongside the kitchen team to prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, up to par with Health Department standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.

Qualifications :

• 2 years previous experience as a line cook is required
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Positive attitude, team player, and able to work collaboratively with others
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
