Prominent national law firm is currently seeking a qualified Corporate / Transactional Legal Assistant to join their Los Angeles office.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have experience with general corporate transactions, (I.E. formations, mergers, dissolutions, UCC, etc.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare all documents required to form corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies
- Assist attorneys in the preparation of documentation for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolution of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies
- Preparing loan documents & closing binders
- Administrative support, managing attorney calendars, travel arrangements, client contact, etc.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including letters, memos, emails and reports
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate / in-house legal department
