- PREVIOUS PROJECT MANAGMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
Position Duties :
- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN DETAILED PROJECT PLANS WITH RESOURCES AND MILESTONES
- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS AND OPEN ISSUES LOGS
- DEVELOP NAD MAINTAIN DETAILED PROJECT SCHEDULES AND COORDINATE ACTIVITIES BETWEEN MULTIPLE PARTIES.
- LEAD PROJECT MEETINGS AND DRIVE OPEN ISSUES TO RESOLUTION
- ACTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMER ON PROJECT TINMING, ISSUES, BUDGET, DELIVERABLES
- SET UP AND COORDINATE INTERNAL PROJECT REVIEWS.
- COMMUNICATE WITH DSI LEADERSHIP
- MENTOR AND TRAIN YOUNG / NEW ENGINEERS
- ACTIVELY MAINTAIN PROJECT LESSONS LEARNED.
- COORDINATE WITH ENGINEERING MANAGERS ON MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS
- COORDINATE WITH SALES TEAM ON SCOPE, TIMING AND RESOURCES REQUIRED FOR NEW
- PROJECTS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON LESSONS LEARNED FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.
- COORDINATE WITH OTHER PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGERS WITHIN THE COMPANY ON BEST PRACTICES AND LESSONS LEARNED.
