Citadel Outlets is currently hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support the General Manager of Citadel Outlets, and overall office management functions and activities as well as be responsible for monitoring associated properties to Citadel Outlets, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the common areas and parking lots.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate Accounting activity between the Center and Corporate A / P dept.
- Assist Corporate HR dept with functions and responsibilities in relation to the center.
- Assist General Manager with Payroll processing.
- Ensure critical areas of the associated properties to Citadel Outlets are properly managed and closely monitored for all operations and security concerns.
- Maintain areas of the associated properties to Citadel Outlets, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the common areas and parking lots for both employees and customers adhering to the standards set by the company for cleanliness and appearance as well as public safety.
- Maintain working knowledge and adhere to all safety procedures established for the associated properties to Citadel Outlets.
- Perform all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.
- Protect the property with visual inspections on a daily basis.
- Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)
- Bachelor's degree in a related or similar field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred.
