Associate Scientist - Microbiology (2nd Shift)

Job Description

• Applies GMP / GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Perform basic micro lab techniques / analyses or prepare media, based on job function
• Enter data into computer system
• Maintain / calibrate equipment
• Perform destruct runs
• Prepare and wash glassware
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Attention to detail; able to do repetitive work
• Read / follow written instructions; organize / prioritize workload
• Able to work with others; perform multiple tasks simultaneously; organized and logical thinking (i.e., intuitiveness, deductive reasoning);

flexibility; function under medium stress level

• BS in Sciences (Microbiology or Chemistry Preferred)
• Good Organization Skill
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience within a lab setting, GMP experience preferred

Additional Information

Working schedule will be SUN-THURS 3 pm to 11 pm.Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PAare encouraged to apply.
