Salary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician with an Oklahoma Journeyman License to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
This role involves the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity.
- Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Identify problems within HVAC systems using specialized tools and techniques.
- Interact with customers to explain issues, repair processes, and maintenance tips.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and industry best practices through continuous education and training.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in HVAC preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid HVAC technician certification (e.g., EPA 608) and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, work in extreme temperatures, and perform physically demanding tasks.
