We are offering up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus as well as up to $7,500 relocation assistance.

About the Surgical II Unit :
We are seeking a registered nurse to join our team at New Hanover Regional Medical Center’s Surgical II unit. The Surgical II unit specializes in post-operative care, catering to patients recovering from procedures such as vascular, spine, and chest tube surgeries, and those with external fixators and multi-system traumas.
Unlike a typical Medical-Surgical unit, Surgical II primarily focuses on post-operative care, requiring specialized knowledge and skills.
The team comprises experienced nurses who are dedicated team players, ensuring thorough patient care while fostering a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing
- Current valid North Carolina Nursing License or Multi-State / Compact
- Specialized knowledge and experience in post-operative care
- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering a supportive work environment
- One-year relevant experience, preferred
