Job Description :
- Provide professional nursing care by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Create an atmosphere that supports the mission to care, heal, and educate.
- Serve as the primary caregiver, providing direct patient care.
- Collaborate with other care team members, physicians, and patients / families to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion.
- Make decisions independently and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
- Be flexible to float to similar units and potentially other locations as needed.
- Work every other weekend and provide holiday coverage as required.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system effectively.
Candidates should be prepared to adapt to varying work environments and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
