Key ResponsibilitiesManage and ensure timely entry of eConsults into the web-based platformTrack referrals for compliance and follow up with providers and patients as neededEnsure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirementsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh School diploma or Associates degree, or equivalent experience requiredKnowledge of medical terminology and experience in a medical office settingFamiliarity with managed care pre-authorization procedures preferredIntermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteBilingual in English / Spanish preferred
