Beauty Brands is seeking talented, passionate and results driven leaders to join our team as an Assistant Manager ! We are looking for candidates with management experience in the retail, salon or service industries.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Take an active role in daily business driving activities, with consistent presence on the retail & salon floors.
- Assist in attracting, developing, and retaining talent to achieve goals related to staffing.
- Support the General Manager in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual revenue budgets related to salon & spa and retail.
- Work with all team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience (preferably in retail, salon, or service industries).
- Full-time availability, including weekends.
- Proven experience in driving financial performance.
- Service oriented, providing a professional and exceptional client experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
