Childcare Worker
I-CAN Kids is the not-for-profit child recreation program at Arrow Ford.
I-CAN Kids offers a no-cost childcare option for Arrow employees for school-aged children.
The I-CAN Kids program was created in response to the difficulty of finding safe and reliable childcare for dealership staff who work later in the evenings or on Saturdays.
I-CAN Kids teachers create a safe and engaging environment for our staff's children to enjoy afterschool, on Saturdays, and on school holidays.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee a daily census of 5-20 school aged children
- Follow and contribute to the inclusive, faith-based curriculum outlined by the I-CAN Kids Director
- Maintain a safe environment for teachers and students alike
- Foster positive relationships between I-CAN Kids students, staff, parents, and all Arrow Ford leadership
- Follow all state, local, and organizational policies and regulations
Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
- CPR training strongly preferred resources available to get certified once hired
- Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including background check and drug screening
