As an Center Director (CD), you will be impacting the lives of children in our community by creating confidence and a welcoming environment for them to learn new ways of approaching math.
An CD is responsible for assisting the management of the center during operating hours, meeting with prospective families, coaching a team of instructors, and ensuring students receive high quality instruction.
As an CD, you will participate in positive interactions with parents and establish a high level of confidence and program value.
Candidates will work with the management team in generating leads, following up on customer service inquiries, and participate in local marketing events.
An Center Director must posses the ability to provide math instruction to students in grades 2nd to 12th. You will motivate and inspire students to learn by engaging them in a positive, fun, and productive learning environment.
You will perform operational and administrative functions to support the center as required.

Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
- Support the management team in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans.
- Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students.
- Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
- Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
- Ability to teach Mathematical concepts to vary age of students.
- Monitor student performance and assist students in a learning center environment.
- Provide feedback to students, parents, and other team members.
- Grade and correct student assignments.
- Assist with administrative tasks including staffing, scheduling and maintaining daily operations of the learning center.
Requirements :
- Previous experience working with children or young adults.
- Related experience in sales, customer service or in a leadership role.
- Proven management skills; ability to train and develop staff, including delegating responsibilities.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Open availability during business operating hours, including evenings and Sundays.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to adapt to a versatile environment and handle multiple concurrent assignments.
- Strong comprehension of Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Comprehensive math understanding up to Pre-Calculus.
- Ability to pass a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but pursuit of degree considered.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- US work authorization (Required).
Schedule :
- Availability to work nights required.
- Sunday to Thursday (25 - 30 Hours per week).
- Summer Hours provide weekends off (in June and July).
The position does not allow for remote work.
