Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh ingredients for daily menu items
- Cook authentic Mexican tacos and sides in accordance with Rusty Taco standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation
- Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures
