Position : Associate
Notes : Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of patent counseling and prosecution and a PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry or a related discipline.
Experience representing biotech companies and investors in strategic international patent portfolio development and life cycle management, as well as non-infringement and invalidity analysis, post-grant proceedings and IP due diligence is required.
