Our goal is to attract new customers and provide outstanding service to our existing ones. We're looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Trainees to represent our clients and engage with customers face-to-face in a retail environment.

This entry-level role ensures you receive comprehensive training and resources, empowering you to excel in retail event execution, sales performance, brand promotions, and contribute to the growth of our retail partners.

As a Retail Sales Trainee , you'll be the face of our clients' brands, interacting with customers, answering questions, and showcasing the products and services our clients offer.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Engage with customers within a retail environment to understand their needs and preferences.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs.
• Attend weekly meetings to stay updated on new products, trends, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
• Implement feedback from team leads and managers to improve performance.

Qualifications :
