RN Case Manager Centralia, WA Pay Package as per 40 Hrs : -Weekly Gross $2,766.00 Weekly Taxable $1,520.00 Weekly Non- Taxable $1,246.
00 Hourly Taxable Upto 40 $38.00 Hourly Non Tax $31.15 Overtime after 40 $57.00 Please note : Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility will not be eligible for a travel contract Case Manager RN - 8HR Day-13 weeks-Floating may be required.
