Physical Therapist

Type : Full-time, Part-time, or PRN (Home Care)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our growing team, providing community-based outpatient therapy in home-based settings throughout Wayne, NJ .
This role offers flexible hours and options for full-time, part-time, or PRN work , with a minimum requirement of 12 hours of direct patient care per week .
The PT hired will work primarily with the geriatric population . Regular and consistent availability, including 3 weekdays , is required.

Job Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
- New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability
- Passion for providing creative, evidence-based care
- New grads will be supported and mentored
- PRN / Per Diem roles require some prior work experience
