Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager , you will be responsible for aligning with and assisting Regional Leadership in the development, implementation, and tracking of operational best practices and KPIs (such as uptime & operational cost per site, safety, etc.

with responsibility to maintain / improve KPIs for assigned operational sites.

What You'll Do :

• Lead continuous improvement, coaching, and mentoring programs aligning with KPIs, Report Tools, CRM, and other tools / initiatives.
• Assure Superior Customer Service by working with the local service teams and customers.
• Manage, assist, and monitor all operational challenges, working with all team members to resolve.
• Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required.
• Work cooperatively with other OTC associates; be a team player, including offering assistance when requested / required.
• Present OTC professionally and competently in all situations, adhering to OTC's mission statement and core values.
• Monitor, review, and provide all the necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports, building and creating custom reports as required or requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned / required.
• Distribution experience preferred.
• CSD or any Cloud-Based Industrial Platform highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Sellits is a plus.

What You'll Need :

• Bachelor's in business or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years managing service and operations with profit & loss responsibility.
• 5+ years experience working in distribution operations.
• Developing and upgrading talent; driving pay for performance and efficiency mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
