Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Develop and mentor a team of sales consultants, focusing on individual growth, performance, and job satisfaction.
• Training and Development : Implement comprehensive training programs to ensure every team member is well-equipped with the skills needed to excel.
• Performance Management : Set and monitor performance goals, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team results.
• Retention Strategy : Develop initiatives to retain top talent, fostering an environment of loyalty, trust, and engagement.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, with a strong emphasis on sales management.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of used car sales processes, inventory management, and market dynamics.
