Demand Generation Marketing Manager

The Role

As a Demand Generation Manager at Incentify, you will be a key driver of our global marketing demand generation efforts, supporting our go-to-market and sales motions to drive demand and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and collaborating closely with our sales team, you will design, implement, and optimize scaled lifecycle campaigns across various user segments and life stages.

Your initial focus will be on creating an exceptional email marketing program through a relentless commitment to user experience and channel optimization.

In this role, you will impact the company by leading the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies, driving qualified leads and pipeline growth.

Your ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and optimize campaigns will position Incentify as a leader in the industry and drive the company's success in the market.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, design, and development teams to ensure alignment with our go-to-market strategy and maximize the impact of our demand generation efforts.

This position reports directly to our Chief Product Officer and requires the ability to visit the El Segundo office on a regular basis (ideally twice a week).

Minimum Requirements :

  • 2+ years of email marketing / CRM experience
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with HubSpot is required
  • Deep knowledge of the email landscape and best practices (deliverability, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality)
  • Technical email knowledge (understanding of webhooks, APIs)
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive projects forward with minimal oversight
  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to analyze trends and derive actionable insights from data
  • User-first sensibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
  • Degree from top 25 university

Job Responsibilities :

  • Execute successful campaigns to generate leads and grow the sales pipeline
  • Lead the marketing efforts to upsell our product suite and expand customer engagement
  • Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns to generate and accelerate sales pipeline and revenue
  • Identify customer pain points, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-based techniques to create personalized experiences at scale
  • Design iterative experimentation plans to continuously optimize and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Drive growth across key metrics (MQLs, SQOs, pipeline, revenue) - measure success, optimize against targets, and report on performance regularly
  • Analyze trends, develop actionable insights, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with demand generation goals, including the creation and distribution of valuable, relevant content to attract and engage target audiences
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
