About the Role :
Propoint Technology, Inc. (Propoint) is actively engaging with a public sector customer who is seeking additional resources on their Carrier Support Team.
As a result, we are seeking two (2) Healthcare EDI Analysts with knowledge in health care policies and system architecture support.
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in overseeing health carrier interface design changes, managing project risks, and collaborating with healthcare providers to implement necessary system improvements.
Mandatory Qualifications :
2 years of experience reviewing and evaluating health carrier interface design changes.
2 years of combined experience working with one or more of the following :
- Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM)
- State Based Marketplace (SBM)
- Advanced Premium Tax Credits (APTC)
- Qualified Health Plans (QHPs)
- Quality Dental Plans (QDP)
- Healthcare policies
2 years of experience in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, design walkthroughs, application development activities, deliverable reviews, and managing change requests from healthcare providers.
Scope of Work :
As a contractor, you will provide a broad range of services, including :
- Project Management : Support project timelines, risks, and issue management.
- Technical & System Architecture Support : Assist in requirements development and technical infrastructure.
- Communication : Maintain clear and timely communication with state project management and provide regular status updates.
- Documentation & Reporting : Develop clear and concise reports, findings, conclusions, and recommendations throughout the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
- Collaboration : Participate in JAD sessions, walkthroughs, test planning, and other activities to monitor the quality of work and project performance.
