We are seeking a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative in Mt. Pleasant who has top-notch customer service skills . The ideal candidate will be someone who can take direction and is extremely dependable.
SCHEDULE IS 4PM - 12AM. 4 DAYS ON AND 2 DAYS OFF WHICH INCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
Job Duties :
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Perform daily data entry in database system
- Scan and file documentation
- Open, replace and copy reports daily
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience required
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail
