One of the nation's largest non-profit providers of community-based behavioral health care is hiring a supervisory full-time outpatient Child and / or Adolescent Psychiatrist.
Role & Responsibilities : -Work-life balance focused practice including flexible schedules and unmatched practice support-Supervisory Psychiatrist to collaborate and oversee experienced Nurse Practitioners ongoing management of patient needs.
Develop and lead staff education in psychiatry issues -Providers can work 30-40 hours per week with full-time benefits starting at 30 hours per week -Split time between two locations in Nashville offering you a diverse patient population -Dedicated 60-minute new patient intake sessions -Light call one weekend a month, 0-3 calls for emergency medicationCompensation & Benefits : -Competitive guaranteed base salary including a $10,000 sign on bonus! -Premium benefits package consisting of CME allowance, 403b, student loan repayment -Malpractice & tail coverage -Paid holidays, sick leave, education leave Requirements : -Board Certification or Eligibility in Child and / or Adult Psychiatry -Must be eligible to obtain a Tennessee medical license or be currently licensed in practice in Tennessee Community : Nashville is #8 on Best Cities in the U.
