Practice / Office Manager(Cardiology experience needed) - Dallas, TX
Job Type : Full Time
Shifts : Monday to Friday - 8 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm
Responsibilities :
1. Office Operations :
Manage daily administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient intake, and office workflow to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee and manage administrative and support staff, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to company policies.
2. Revenue Cycle Management :
Lead and manage the revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, coding, billing, and collections.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and collaborate with the billing team to optimize reimbursement.
3. Athena Software Management :
Utilize Athena (billing and RCM software) to manage billing, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
Ensure that all billing staff are trained and proficient in using Athena for efficient revenue cycle management.
Qualifications : Required :
Required :
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of office management experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years of revenue cycle management experience.
Cardiovascular background or experience working in a cardiovascular clinic / ASC is required .
Proficiency with Athena billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) software is mandatory.
Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and collections processes.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred :
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations applicable to healthcare facilities, including HIPAA and OSHA.
