Designs and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the nursing facility’s services. Conducts market research to locate new customers and monitor competitors.
Manages the departmental budget. Produces ideas for promotional events or activities and organizes them efficiently.

Works as a liaison for the nursing facility and hospitals and other referral sources, builds relationships which generate resident referrals and admissions.
Visits referrals to assess clinical needs of residents to assure the facility has the clinical ability to treat them. Documents marketing activities, competitor / referral source changes, referrals, and admission tracking.
Assures that the admission process is seamless and positive, including but not limited to identifying devices / equipment and immediate medical needs necessary to ensure a smooth transition to the facility.
Understand and communicate critical and / or strategic changes to hospital functions, relationships, programs, and opportunities.
