Join our flatbed fleet and enjoy the benefits of being home every weekend for a minimum 34-hour reset, with an average home time ranging from 46 to 53 hours.

This position is perfect for drivers with at least a year of flatbed experience who are looking for a stable and rewarding career.

As a flatbed driver with us, you will be home on weekends and drive an average of 2,500 miles per week. Starting pay is 53 cents per mile, and you will also receive additional compensation through breakdown pay, tarp pay, and detention pay.

The freight you will be hauling includes lumber, coils, machinery, rebar, pipe, and oversized loads.

On average, you can expect to earn around $1,400 per week. With our pathway to success program, you can make $5,000 in your first 120 days.

Pay starts at 53 cents per mile, and it varies based on your tenure with your previous employer. We offer flexible payment options, allowing you to choose between being paid per mile or by a percentage of the load.

After 30 days of employment, our minimum pay program ensures you earn at least $1,200.

We are hiring in Columbia, South Carolina, and the running areas depend on your location to ensure you can get home for your weekend reset.

Orientation is comprehensive and supportive, offering $1,500 in orientation pay upon completion of your first Friday. We cover meals, travel, and hotel accommodations.

If you don't have a TWIC card, we will help you obtain one during orientation. You will be dispatched from orientation and will be able to get home for the weekend.

Our fleet consists of Peterbilt 579 trucks that are only 1.5 years old. These trucks come equipped with Sirius XM, TV mounts, inverters, 72-inch high roofs, dual drive tires, and Espar bunk heaters.

For safety, we use front-facing cameras that do not monitor the inside of the truck.

As a CDL A driver, you will receive full benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and prescription insurance, and a 401k matched plan.

We also offer a rider program, vacation and holiday pay, per diem, direct deposit, and incentives for safe driving and fuel efficiency.

Additionally, you will receive an annual pay increase.

To qualify for this position, you must be at least 22 years old, hold a CDL A license, and either have or be willing to obtain a TWIC card.

You need to have 12 months of over-the-road experience within the last three years, specifically with flatbed operations including strapping, tarping, chaining, and using binders.

The minimum length of the tractor you should be experienced with is 48 feet.
